Triangle Neuropsychology Services provides evaluations for preschool children who are applying for Early Kindergarten Entry. As part of your 4-year-old’s application for early kindergarten entry, testing scores (including IQ and achievement testing completed by a licensed psychologist) must be submitted to your child’s school district. Your child will need to demonstrate aptitude and achievement scores at the 98th percentile or above to be considered for early kindergarten entry. The evaluation will consist of parent interview, in-person testing session including IQ and academic achievement assessments, verbal feedback to discuss the results, as well as written report of the results.
Please contact our office at info@triangleneuropsychology.com for the fees for this service as insurance does not cover this Early Kindergarten Entry Evaluation.

We do not share website contact-form information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site links to third-party services, including:
- Our online client portal (a separate platform with its own privacy policy and terms)

- Other resource or referral organization websites
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting information to them.
5. Children’s Privacy
Some of our services involve pediatric evaluations, including for children applying for early kindergarten entry. While parents or guardians may submit information on a child’s behalf (e.g., through an intake form), the Site itself is directed at parents, guardians, and referring professionals — not at children — and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site without parental involvement, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has submitted information to us directly without parental involvement, please contact us so we can address it.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web analytics tools) to:
- Remember Site preferences
- Understand how visitors use the Site
- Improve Site performance and content
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality. [If Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools are used, they should be named specifically here, along with an opt-out mechanism.]
7. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number to us (for example, through a website form, over the phone, or through our online client portal), we may use it to send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, or other service-related text messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared with third-party service providers (such as our scheduling/portal platform) only to the extent necessary to deliver text communications to you, and only under agreements that require them to keep that information confidential. Under no circumstances will your mobile data be shared or sold for advertising purposes.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting our office directly at 919-384-9682. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive care, but may affect our ability to send you appointment reminders by text.
8. Data Retention
We retain website inquiry and contact-form information for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterward for administrative and legal purposes. Clinical and medical records are retained in accordance with North Carolina law and applicable licensing board requirements, as described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information through unsecured website contact forms or email; use our secure client portal or phone line for sensitive communications where possible.
